U.S. Military On The Move®

U.S. Military on the Move® is a free real estate rebate and service program, from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, designed to reward America's fighting men and women for their service to our country.

Military On The MoveChandler Realty is providing superior service to those who have served through a partnership with Military on the Move, a program that offers a competitive rebate or credit for a home sale or purchase to active duty, retired with 20 years of military service, and wounded warrior military veterans.

Program registration and a military photo I.D. are required to participate. To be eligible, you MUST register with Military on the Move® before contacting a real estate agent.  Please contact our Military on the Move® Associate, Whitney Chandler at Referrals@ChandlerRealtyInc.com, or call (757) 222-6248 to learn more about the program.

How It Works

When you buy or sell a home through Military on the Move®, you'll receive a cash rebate* based on the actual sales price — not a fixed amount based on a range of values — and you'll receive your rebate at settlement!

The program does not require you to use a specific mortgage company, and the rebate or credit is based on the actual sales price of a home rather than on a fixed range.

For example, if you purchase a $225,000 home and the commission earned by the broker representing you is $6,750, you will receive a $1,350 rebate at settlement! To see an exact estimate of your rebate, visit U.S. Military on the Move.

Global Real Estate Network

If a military move takes an active or retired military member, or wounded warrior out of the area, we can refer them to a global network of over 550 premier real estate firms with 4,000 offices and 128,000 sales associates in over 55 countries around the world that also participate in the Military on the Move program.

* The Cash Reward is 20% of the commission earned by the broker representing you. The total commission paid by the seller to the agent is typically divided between the real estate broker representing the seller and the real estate broker representing the buyer. In this illustration, the broker representing the buyer is paid a commission of 3% of the sales price, but that rate may vary.

** Cash Rewards are available in most states; some restrictions may apply. The actual reward is calculated on the commission earned by the REALTOR® representing you in the transaction, therefore, you must be represented by an assigned Military on the Move real estate firm at closing to qualify.
